Overview
HMWPE (High Molecular Weight Polyethylene), also referred to as PE500, is an engineering-grade polyethylene offering improved impact resistance over PE300. With better wear and abrasion performance, it is particularly suitable for high-impact, dynamic applications such as conveying and marine systems. It maintains its mechanical properties in damp and wet environments and provides excellent chemical resistance, making it versatile for industrial and food-related applications. Its low moisture absorption and smooth surface also support hygienic use and ease of cleaning.
Key Features
