Overview
Nylon 6 GF30 is a reinforced engineering plastic made by integrating 30% glass fibres into standard Nylon 6. This enhancement significantly increases its stiffness, mechanical strength and dimensional stability, making it ideal for structural parts exposed to high static loads or elevated temperatures. While it retains many of Nylon 6’s strengths, the added glass fibre reduces its flexibility and increases its resistance to creep, wear and thermal deformation. It performs well in high-stress environments where rigidity and long-term stability are essential.
Key Features
- Very high tensile and flexural strength
- Excellent dimensional stability
- High stiffness and rigidity
- Enhanced creep resistance
