We also manufacture quality plastic components in our modern CNC machining department.

Order details and dimensions are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. You will always get honest answers and never a false promise when it comes to delivery times. Should we ever make a mistake we will rectify it promptly. We aim to earn your loyalty by providing you with truly outstanding customer service.
Quality:
We do not compromise where quality is concerned. All our rods, sheets and tubes are manufactured in modern ISO certified production units to the highest international standards. Only the very best raw materials are used. Our manufacturer’s laboratories regularly test and evaluate production quality standards. Acetal, Nylon, PETP and PTFE have batch numbers printed on them. Our plastics are annealed (stress relieved) before leaving the factory. Many of our products are FDA and NSF compliant for use in contact with food and potable water. We only cut and machine plastics so there is no possibility of metal inclusions.
Cutting and Machining:
On our modern saws we offer an accurate cutting service. We can cut rods up to Ø300 mm and sheets up to 100 mm thick. Billets, blocks and strips are properly cleaned prior to despatch.
Components are manufactured in our modern CNC machining department. We carefully check dimensions and surface finish on both first-off and last-off components.
